How do I know this is not a scam?
My name is Don Terrill and I have been on the internet since '98. I own some of the most popular racing sites on the web, including: RacingSecrets.com, SpeedTalk.com, UsedRacingParts.com, Raceology.com and RacingArticles.com. Here's a little about me.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 7 days.
When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 7 days. US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail which has a travel time around 3 days. Foreign orders ship via USPS Air Mail with widely varying travel times.
When will my credit card be charged?
Cards are usually charged the night before shipment.
What is the tracking number of my package?
We don't send out tracking numbers. Contact us if you have not received your order within 10 days (US orders) or 3 weeks (Foreign orders).
ORDER PROBLEMS:
CD is blank - Very unlikely - CDs are verified before shipment. Try another computer or ask someone for computer help.
Defective item - Contact us via mail, email or fax for a replacement.
Missing item - Contact us via mail, email or fax for shipment.

We are an Internet only company that can be reached via mail, email or fax. We do not have a phone staff. Email is by far the best option.
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
We will replace or repair any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase. After 8 weeks all sales are final.
We sell books, videos, audio cds and software that can easily be digested and/or duplicated. For this reason, REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF 100% OF OUR GUARANTEES TERMS HAVE BEEN MET. Refunds will not be given if you only meet the terms you choose or like. Refunds will not be given for any other reason. Some, BUT NOT ALL, of the reasons that DO NOT qualify for a refund are: "It's not what I expected", "It's not what I thought is was", "I don't understand it", "It doesn't apply to my type of racing", "I don't like it", "I don't need it", "It doesn't work" (We will replace it), "Something is missing" (We will replace it), "Something is broken" (We will replace it), "My (Husband, Son, Wife, Daughter, etc) doesn't (like, want, need, etc) it"
OR ANY OTHER REASON that doesn't completely meet the terms of the guarantee. We are not a Library. Be aware, if you file a chargeback with your credit card company you will automatically be added to the negative customer database ChargeTrack(tm) used by credit card companies and merchants, which may effect your ability to make purchases or get credit in the future. Also, we reserve the right to file credit card fraud charges in your state -- most states treat this like check fraud and may result in jail time.
